🔵 Pokemon Center Announces Early Access Program for Preordering!

The Pokémon Center has quietly introduced an Early Access program, granting newsletter subscribers who meet undisclosed eligibility criteria the chance to receive a unique, single-use invitation link to purchase popular items before they go on general sale. The program is likely being used for Chaos Rising preorders, which launched notably late with only 42 days to release, the latest preorder window in recent memory.

Invitations are non-transferable, and using multiple email addresses or browsers may void eligibility. Currently, only customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom are eligible.

🔵 Chinese Exclusive Lisia’s Appeal to Release in Chinese “Starry Crystal” Set!

China’s next Scarlet & Violet set, Starry Crystal, releases May 15th and will pull cards from 2024’s Surging Sparks. The set features a new Special Illustration Rare for Lisia’s Appeal, expected to remain a China exclusive like several recent releases. China has been releasing compilation sets since 2022 to close the gap with the rest of the world, and at the current pace should be fully caught up within the year.
